After assembling the mold, in the press suitable for size / tonnage, which contains the cavity/cavities to be filled, the molten metal is injected in a controlled manner. The casting is picked up by a ROBOT which places the hot ENTIRE dies in a cooling tower and picks up the cold ENTIRE dies. The ROBOT always positions the cold jet under the shear and itself carries out the trimming and unloading operation of the single or multiple components without the mouths/sprues.

On board the shearing machine, the operator who manages the ROBOTIZED ISLAND places the components in their packages and they follow two paths: A. Subsequent finishing cycles B. Delivery of the raw materials to the customer who will carry out the post-molding phases.

Internally we have two types of sandblasters to manage various types of raw materials that require this very common surface finish on raw materials.

A department that assembles/disassembles and maintains the molds that are necessary to produce a specific geometric configuration of the raw material.

Before starting the molding process, the components are checked and analyzed: chemically, geometrically and visually in order to exclude any deviations from the standard contained in the drawings/specifications/customer specifications.

Once the work cycle is completed, the components are stored and shipped according to the scheduling requested by customers.
